Test PP corrugator hose production line, PVC trunking production line & PP recycling line for African Customers

We tested PP corrugators hose production line, PVC trunking production line and PP pelletizing machine for Ethiopian customer.

PP corrugator hose production line with high speed around 18m/min at diameter 20mm.

The customer orders the PVC trunking production line with 4 sets moulds.

PP recycling line includes washing line and  pelletizing machine, capacity is 200kg/h.

Alive running machines

The line is mainly produces PVC pipes of various diameters and wall thicknesses, which can be applied to agriculture, construction and cable laying. The machine consists of a conical twin-screw extruder with two vacuum modes consisting of claws, three claws and so on.

CGFE machinery includes single-screw extruder, twin-screw extruder, PVC / HDPE / PPR pipe extrusion line, PVC / WPC profile extrusion line, high-speed mixer and plastic sheet production line of related plastic auxiliary machines.

The machine has same features. The machine is equipped with twin-screw extruder, granulating extruder, hot face cutting machine and hot air conveying system for discharge, which has certain guarantee in quality. Soft PVC. With excellent plasticity, high production efficiency and high automation, it adopts conical twin-screw installation on the extruder and mixes PVC with other materials.
